General Information

  • Wifi is available throughout the venue – we will provide you with the passwords in advance of your event.

  • For use of all projectors and screens clients are asked to provide their own laptop and (if needed) a converter (Mac , etc.).

Snell Hall*

  • Wooden podium with podium mic

  • Two motorized (drop down) screens and projectors:

    Projectors Details: 3500 ANSI Lumen and are WXGA or 1366x768 resolution.  Input to the projectors is by VGA and HDMI.

    Screens Details: Front projected 16:9 format screens, have dimensions of 10.5’ x 6.5’ (south screen) and 11.5’ x 7.0’ (north                  screen)

  • Installed sound system for speeches and background music

  • 1/8” mini jack for iPod/laptop hook-up for presentation sound or music

  • An XLR audio input

  • Two wireless hand-held mics

*When using Snell Hall without hiring an A/V tech, we will schedule an A/V "test run" with you prior to your event

 

Boardroom

  • Projector details: Panasonic PT – FW430 - WXGA -1280x800 resolution. Input to the projector is by VGA and HDMI.

  • An XLR audio input

  • ClickShare wireless presentation system                     

 

Lecture Room
